Several of our tooling design engineers can use Autoform fluently. When they are doing strip layout design, they would do Autoform simulation simultaneously to check if the design is ok. Autoform simulation is widely used to check the formability, thinning, wrinkle issue, trimline optimization, springback and springback compensation in our company.

We can conduct both 2D tooling design or 3D design per customers’ needs. We are familiar with many stamping die design standards of Europe and America. This enables our cooperation with customers to be smooth. What’s more, we would deploy project engineers who can speak English and with engineering background to follow the projects if needed.

We have never stopped exploring the challenging technologies of stamping since the company was started. After lots of hard working, we have developed several complicated and challenging stamping tools successfully, such as: the progressive die for evaporator collector, the progressive die for pipe connector. We are proud of these accomplishment which also won us several patents and good comments.
