Shenzhen Sanmu Mold Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014 and locates at Longgang district of Shenzhen. We specialize in stamping die development and stamping production of auto air-conditioner and thermal management system. The company is equipped with:

• Great technology team with 30 years’ industry experience. We can offer completed process services, including: Autoform simulation, tooling design, tooling machining, tooling tryout, stamping production. What’s more, we are so familiar with stamping parts of thermal management system, that we know the welding and assembly requirements.
• Advanced and adequate devices for tooling machining, tooling tryout and quality checking, such as: Japan Sodick W-EDM, high-speed CNC for tooling machining; (60T-800T) presses for tooling tryout; OMM, CMM for quality check.
• Quality management system certificates of both IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015.

Presses range from 60T, 110T, 200T(double-axis), 400T, 800T enable us to handle stamping dies of less than 3.5m in length. 

We provide quality stamping tooling and parts to customers around the world. Our end customers include: Benz, BMW, LandRover, Porsche, GM, GWM, BYD, VW, Tesla...
